Janine D. Geraigery

Janine D. Geraigery is President and founder of the Law Offices of J.D. Geraigery, P.C., a boutique intellectual property law firm with offices in Cambridge and New York City.

She is a Registered United States Patent Attorney with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the George Washington University. She is also a licensed member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars.

Since graduating from Suffolk University Law School, she has drafted over 500 patent, copyright and trademark applications for domestic and international companies of all sizes. She also provides strategic advisory, infringement, validity, patentability, and freedom to operate opinions.

In 2007, she launched LegalLady.com, a unique online legal forum and learning center dedicated to helping women.

Associate

Kimberly Klibert

Kimberly Klibert is expected to be a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New York Bar.
She will be practicing intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark and copyright matters.

While in law school, she worked as a law clerk and summer associate with the firm. She gained experience in client counseling, due diligence for corporate transactions, and trademark prosecution and oppositions.

She earned her B.A. degree from Loyola College, and her M.A. from the University of the Arts, London. She received her J.D. degree from New England School of Law, where she was an associate editor for the New England School of Law Journal of International and Comparative Law.
